140Km Gravel - CYCLOCAT Ladies & Gentleman Ride 2020

Ladies & Gentleman Ride is a ride made by CYCLOCAT using only safe cycling paths and gravel routes to go from Barcelona to Girona in a 140KM ride.

Everything began in the BH Concept store in Barceloneta. The route is not a race, but there are checkpoints to verify you've made the route properly.

Liam & Nils were my team mates for this Adventure. Big friends and crazy boys about large routes. They made Torino Niza through gravel paths.

The track changed from last year because this was the first weekend after Gloria Storm. Gloria storm hit Catalunya so hard, making some of the gravel paths impossible to ride.

CYCLOCROSS Masquefa 2019 - Single Speed CX

CX Masquefa was really good. The track is awesome, but the mud was missing.

Racing in a Single Speed SSCX is not easy, but I love to prove that's possible. This track was not the best for it, but I felt super good racing.

The start/finish line of this track is in long and hard tarmac hill. After this destroying hill, yo got 2 more super gravel hills. 

In this race a felt super good. The track was not made for SingleSpeed, but I been racing really good against the rest. 

Is not always easy to compete against normal bikes, but with the support of friends & sponsors I will be competing on SSCX for all season.

Cyclocat Ladies and Gentlemen ride Barcelona Girona 2019

CYCLOCAT is a web site from a good friend, where you can found routes all over Catalunya (still growing) to ride with your bike in safety routes without cars. Most of the routes are made for gravel bikes. 

Ladies & Gentlemen's Gravel Ride BCN - GRN is a gravel race using only Cyclocat routes.

Saturday was about showing the track and the welcome to the riders. I was helping Joan because he was busy being a Gentleman. 

Sunday morning and ready to race. The race began in the BH Concept Store, near Barceloneta. 

The only thing was: HARD RAIN. It was raining very hard, but we got a lot of people ready to race. 

We were the last to go, Joan and I were ready to get deep into the rain! 

All began easy, only having some rain. But all came at the first gravel section. Mud, mud & mud! 

The first checkpoint was like a gods gift! A chocolate croissant. 

After the 3rd checkpoint, the rain began to stop, and we got gravel and muddy surface, the best to ride! 

We arrived to Girona super dirty, but we got lot of fun! It was awesome! 146km in gravel roads, with mud and rain. It can't be better.
