Pista Saturdays

First of all, a warm up. First with the bike and then some physical training.

Then we go to the Pista! First a warm up on it and then begins the training.

Every saturday we make different exercises to improve different skills. The most common is do laps with relay increasing the speed on every lap.

Some days we make some friendly competitions, to improve the skills on the races and learn about how it works.
